Business Vision & Philosophy (develop empathy with your consumer) What are your objectives with the business, why do you take pleasure in doing what you do, maybe a story of your sacrifice & humble beginnings that have brought your company to where it is now.
I began On the Fly Wildlife Control Solutions with a passion for serving others, and the belief that people are a lot more than a dollar figure. I desired to develop a reliable business that could offer customers with safe and sustainable solutions. It was necessary to me that On the Fly Pest Removal Solutions could assist customers to resolve the source of their pest and rodent concerns, rather than the signs.
I began the business as a home-based business in 2014. My better half worked as On the Fly Pest Control Solutions’s first Customer Service Representative. I was the only service technician, and I had one 1989 Dodge D150. Since, the company has seen growth substantially. On the Fly Wildlife Removal Solutions now has a fleet of 10 trucks and utilizes a vibrant team of dedicated full-time workers. We have a team of four Pest control professionals, four Wildlife extermination operators, and three administrative office staff. In the early phases of the company, On the Fly Pest Removal was employed to deal with numerous structures along a 170-acre plot of land. My daddy’s pest extermination business actually catapulted me into the industry. He had been practicing pest extermination since well prior to national and state laws put policies on pesticide application. Back then, technicians worked with extremely little safety tools, gloves, or respirators. My preliminary apprenticeship under my dad took place under some potentially dangerous conditions. By the time I chose to start my own pest removal business, I had actually grown more interested in discovering how to practice pest control in a safer, more efficient way.
